On August 1st, I delivered to Speaker Nancy Pelosi; a petition bearing the names of over 100,000 Americans that, like us, feel that the President must be held accountable for abusing executive power and disregarding his Constitutional obligations.
Your voices have been heard and your support continues to send a powerful message to lawmakers. That is why I call on you again to help us in a new effort to deliver 1 Million signatures to Speaker Pelosi on September 10, 2008.

* Urge real Congressional action to hold President Bush accountable now
* Reinstate the authority of our Constitution

As everyone knows, the congress is to declare war as cited in Art. 1 sec 8 but does anyone know in the same article about the Law of Nations which is also apart of the supreme Law of the land> Article VI U S Const. Does anyone know that in this document called the Law of Nations that there are chapters giving reasons for going to war and for not going to war and that going to war is the last resort and this was not paid attention by those who swore to uphold and defend the US Constitution by oath to when the United State unlawfully went to war with Iraq?? Does anyone know about Title 18-1651 USCA that it is piracy to violate the Law of Nations with a life sentence?? Will anyone charge the administration and those in congress with piracy as the law prescribes??? Or has our country been hi-jacked by tyrants where the law cannot touch them???
